1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the client, or connecting to the RadiantRO server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Server Rules, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
RadiantRO is a free-to-play private server and is not affiliated with Gravity Co., Ltd. or any official publisher of Ragnarok Online.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use RadiantRO, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
- You may create a maximum of 3 accounts per person/IP address
- Account sharing is permitted but at your own risk
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- Impersonating GMs, staff, or other players is prohibited
3. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
- Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Involves cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software
- Disrupts or damages the server or other players' experience
- Involves real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency
- Involves the collection of personal information from other users without consent
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content created by RadiantRO (custom quests, items, events, artwork) is the property of the RadiantRO team. Ragnarok Online game assets remain the intellectual property of Gravity Co., Ltd. and are used under the spirit of the private server community.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of RadiantRO-specific content without prior written permission.
5. Donations & Shop
Any monetary contributions made to RadiantRO are considered voluntary donations to support server operations. They are non-refundable. Donation perks and in-game items provided as appreciation for donations do not constitute purchases of goods or services.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent account suspension
- Donation perks may be adjusted for game balance without prior notice
- No guarantees are made regarding server uptime or continuity
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
RadiantRO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or any specific in-game experience. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data resulting from server issues, maintenance, or shutdowns.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via server announcements or the website.
