- Connection logs — timestamps and session data
- In-game activity — character actions, trade logs, chat logs (for moderation)
Website Information
- Standard web server logs (browser type, page visits, referrer)
- Cookies for session management and preferences
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the RadiantRO game server
- To enforce our Server Rules and Terms of Service
- To detect and prevent cheating, botting, and multi-accounting
- To send important server announcements (not marketing)
- To process account recovery requests
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- When required by applicable law or legal process
- To protect the rights or safety of users or the server
- With hosting providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. Inactive accounts (no login for 2 years) may be purged. IP and connection logs are retained for 90 days. Chat logs are retained for 30 days for moderation purposes.

We implement reasonable security measures including password hashing, SSL encryption for the web panel, and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting our GM team. Note that some data (e.g., ban records) may be retained for server integrity purposes even after deletion.

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and login persistence. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect website functionality.
