Getting Started
Register at radiant-ro.com/register. Use a valid email address for password recovery. Your username is your in-game account name.
Download the Full Client from our download page (~3.5 GB). Extract using WinRAR or 7-Zip. Do not install in Program Files — use a folder like C:\RadiantRO.
Open RadiantRO_Patcher.exe before launching the game. Let it complete. If the patcher fails, disable your antivirus temporarily — patchers are commonly false-flagged.
Click Start Game in the patcher, or run RadiantRO.exe directly. Log in with your account name and password. Not your character name — your account name.
Choose a job class and head to Prontera. Talk to the New Player NPC for a starter kit and quest introductions.
Account & Login
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to that email, contact a GM with proof of ownership.
My account was hacked
Immediately contact a GM. Include your account name, approximate date of compromise, and any characters/items you remember. Item recovery is not guaranteed but we will do our best.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes. Up to 3 accounts per person. Multi-client (running multiple clients simultaneously) is allowed for regular gameplay but restricted in WoE and ranked PvP events.
How do I change my email?
Log in to the Control Panel at radiant-ro.com/panel and navigate to Account Settings.

Where do I level up?
Talk to the Adventurer's Board in Prontera for recommended hunting grounds by level. The Item DB on our website also has monster locations.
Technical Issues
Game crashes on startup
- Run the patcher again to ensure all files are up to date
- Run RadiantRO.exe as Administrator
- Install the Visual C++ Redistributable (2015–2022) and DirectX End-User Runtime
- Try switching to Windowed mode by editing Setup.exe
High ping / lag
Our server is hosted in Singapore. If you experience persistent lag, try using a VPN with a Southeast Asia endpoint, or check if your ISP is routing traffic suboptimally.
Patcher says "Connection Failed"
Check that radiant-ro.com is not blocked by your firewall or antivirus. Add the RadiantRO folder to your antivirus exclusions. If problems persist, download the latest manual patch from the website.
Economy & Shops
How does the Donation Shop work?
Donations support server maintenance. Donors receive Radiant Coins as appreciation, redeemable at the in-game Coin Shop NPC in Prontera. Cosmetic items only — no pay-to-win advantages.
Can I trade Radiant Coins?
Yes. Coins can be traded between players in-game. This allows non-donors to obtain shop items through regular gameplay and trading.
